I co-founded, own and run the Executive Recruiting and Coaching firm Edward Anthony & Steele, LLC. There, we coach the careers and communication of literally the most prolific, head-of-industry attorneys in the world. Along with cofounding and running two Executive Recruiting and Coaching firms of my own, I have 17 years experience in industry, also working within publicly traded companies such as CIBER, Xircom and Intel, and with the privately held media company DreamWorks SKG.
In complement to my Executive Recruiting expertise, as a Communication Coach, I offer comprehensive communication skills training from both a personal and professional standpoint. This includes fostering the development of a strong knowledge base and an even stronger skill set in the fields of strategic verbal and nonverbal communication. In addition to my 17 years of relationship management and negotiation experience, I hold a Political Science degree from the University of Rochester (one of the nation’s leading programs) and maintain certification in, and extensive experience with, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) & Hypnotic communication – this battery of expertise places me in a unique class of Executive Recruiters, Executive Coaches and Strategic Communicators.
After spending my first 5 years as an Executive Recruiter in Corporate America, my competitive and entrepreneurial spirit drove me to found my first Executive Recruiting firm, David John Partners, which worked directly with technology executives at Fortune 100 companies such as Intel and IBM, and with Fortune 500 companies such as AMD, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm and Sun Microsystems. In 2003, I founded the Executive Recruiting and Coaching firm EAS, which is in charge of the most elite legal careers on Wall Street. My coaching responsibilities include the development of strategic verbal and nonverbal communication skills, along with overall business training and career advice for some of the top attorneys and executives in the world.

I’ve literally made it my mission to gain the most thorough understanding of the way the human mind works in a real world setting. In fact, I’ve written a 1350 page text – endearingly labeled the Communication Genome Project by my clients – that is the single largest integrated text regarding the psychology of human motivation and its interplay with interpersonal communication (available to my clients).
