About Me

As a Communication Expert I offer comprehensive communication skills training from both a personal and professional standpoint. This includes fostering the development of both a knowledge base and a skill set in the fields of verbal and nonverbal communication.

Having certification in, and extensive experience with Master Level NLP & Hypnosis/Hypnotic communication combined with more than 12 years of relationship management and negotiation experience places me in an elite class of communicators. My 12 years of business experience includes working in an Executive Recruiting and Coaching capacity for publicly traded companies such as CIBER and Intel along with the privately held media company DreamWorks SKG.

After spending my first 5 years as an Executive Recruiter in corporate America my competitive and entrepreneurial spirit drove me to found my own Executive Recruiting firm. During our history we have been working directly with executives at Fortune 100 companies such as Intel, AMD, Texas Instruments and IBM and executives at Fortune 500 companies such as Qualcomm and Sun Microsystems.

Currently I am a founding partner of the Executive Recruiting and Coaching firm Edward Anthony & Steele LLC which is in charge of the careers of the most prominent  and successful Wall Street Attorneys in the field today. My coaching includes improving the verbal communication skills, non verbal communication skills and overall business communication training of some of the top executives in the world.

The Law Firms that I work with are among the largest and most influential Law Firms in the world. They run the biggest deals, represent the biggest banks, handle the biggest bankruptcies and work on the largest litigation cases.
