By and large, we (as human’s) respond very predictably to specific types and modes of information; in other words, the way in which it is communicated, and the content itself. In understanding how to effectively use these two attributes, one can produce more leverage and persuasion in their communication. Speeches, in particular, are highly consequential – a captive audience and the opportunity to make or break a moment – they should not be left to chance.
